March 2011 - Wine Maker Dinner
XO Le Restaurant has the pleasure to announce the first « Wine Maker Dinner » in collaboration with La Maison Joseph Drouhin from Burgundy France. Our Executive Chef, Michele Mercuri, proposes a 6-course gastronomic dinner highlighted by great Burgundy wines: 1er Cru – Clos des Mouches, Échezeaux Grand Cru et Chassagne-Montrachet – Marquis de Laguiche.

June 2010 - Exclusive Cocktail Reception during Montreal F1 Grand Prix
The trendy and hip Hotel Le St-James, a must among the Montréal jet-set, hosted an exclusive cocktail reception on the occasion of the Ferrari Challenge. Jonathan Roy and international DJ Jojoflores performed live in XO Le Restaurant to a beautiful crowd of over 600, overflowing with models, Ferrari drivers and the Hotel's international clientele in town for F1. The always-happening Le St-James had even closed off all St-Jacques Street for its glamorous guests.
The brand new Ferrari 599 GTO, 458 Italia and a private Hawker Beechcraft jet were all displayed in front of the Hotel, as hockey players, Formula 1 drivers and Olympic medalists made their way towards the Restaurant.
Renowned chef Michele Mercuri from XO Le Restaurant prepared a wonderful tasting of his summer menu that took place in the new enchanting décor of XO. It was pure delight to sip on a glass of Moët & Chandon surrounded by elite, local and international stars. To complete the evening, models from BCBG MAX AZRIA introduced the latest collection of cocktail dresses from the fashion house.

September 2009 - James Beard Foundation Dinner in New York City

The Mercuri family name is synonymous with fine dining in Montréal and Michele Mercuri - the man behind the luxurious fare at XO Le Restaurant - is no exception to the rule. Last September 29th, we had the occasion to join the James Beard Foundation for a taste of his show-stopping cuisine that earned a rare four-star rave from the Montreal Gazette.
