Mezzanines
Our restaurant has two wonderful mezzanines, one on the left side of the restaurant and one on the right side. Our right mezzanine is a great place for a semi-private cocktail as it is furnished with long couches, and low tables. Our waiters can walk around the mezzanine serving canapés and drinks during a cocktail before supper.
Our left mezzanine is prefect for dinner after your cocktail! Up to 26 people can be seated on the left mezzanine, at three different tables, one of 12 people one of 8 people and one of 6 people.
These mezzanines offer the best of both worlds – an area of the restaurant where you and your guests can benefit from the restaurant ambiance and architecture, all the while being in your own semi-private section.
XO Main Floor
The main floor of XO Le Restaurant is separated in two sections: when people walk into the restaurant they find themselves in our bar/lounge section, further at the back they find our beautiful dining room.
Our bar/lounge is a good place for a cocktail of 50 people and less. Our waiters can walk around this area serving canapés and drinks before dinner.
The dining room section of the main floor can also welcome up to 50 people on several different tables including a banquette that can welcome up to 20 guests.
Should you be 50 people, this area could be for your group alone. However, should you be less than 50 people, there is a possibility that other guests be seated in this section.
For an event of more then 50 guests, we recommend the exclusivity of XO Le Restaurant.
As XO Le Restaurant's primary vocation is to cater to Hotel Le St-James guests, as well as Montreal locals and visitors, seldom does it close its doors for exclusive rentals. However, some exceptions exist. It would be our pleasure to welcome your group in an exclusive setting should you recognize yourself in the description below:

Conditions and rates below apply for all exclusivity requests at XO Le Restaurant:
Sunday to Thursday
$10 000 rental fee
$10 000 minimum Food and Beverage expense

Rates mentioned above do not include taxes or gratuities.
Exclusivity permissions are based on Hotel occupation
Exclusivity is not available during the Montreal Grand Prix Weekend nor is it available during long weekends.
XO Le Restaurant can not accommodate bands, DJ's, dancefloors, decorations.
Should there be a need to displace any furnishings, a fee of $2000 will be added.
